Our People

  • When I first joined Harts Group, I was studying Computing and IT at university and actually thought I was leaving hospitality behind. A friend offered me a waiting role here, and I never imagined I’d end up growing into management again, especially while working part-time alongside my studies. The support and opportunities I’ve been given completely changed my perspective. Hospitality became part of who I am again.

  • The nicest thing about working at Harts Group is the diversity both in the people from all around the world and in the food. I’m passionate about hospitality and Spanish cuisine, and at Parrillan we work with products, recipes and regional flavours from all across Spain. Learning about the different food cultures and traditions behind the dishes has been really inspiring.
